40L Fire Detection And FM-200 Suppression System Hfc-227ea Cabinet
Cabinet-type heptafluoropropane device has the advantage of convenient and flexible installation. Although there are installation methods on the Internet, it involves wiring and other reasons, so professional installers should try their best to install it so as to avoid the loss of non-spraying. The following methods are for professional installers' reference, and should be adjusted according to actual conditions, not as absolute methods.
1. Move the bottle group of heptafluoropropane gas into the cabinet body with the label facing the front. (Be sure to move forward from left to right to prevent the cylinder from falling down).
2. Install the nozzle to the opening above the cabinet.
3. Both ends of the metal hose are respectively connected to the nozzle and the air outlet of the container valve (one end of the metal hose with elbow is linked with the container valve).
4. Wrap the raw material tape around the thread of the information feedback device and install it on the 1/2 base of the metal hose elbow.
5. Connect the pull rod with the hoop, clamp the pull rod at the opening of the cabinet crossbeam, and tighten the nut at the front end with a T-shaped sleeve.
6. Install the electromagnetic driving device at the top of the container valve.
7. The pressure gauge is wrapped with raw material tape and installed at the pressure gauge of the container valve.
8. After installation and fixation, if the pressure gauge does not display, the hexagonal nut behind the pressure gauge can be loosened counterclockwise by 1/8-1/4 turn with a adjustable wrench to loosen the sealing core to display the actual pressure in the bottle, and then tighten it (to prevent slow leakage).
9. Connect the wires on the signal feedback device and electromagnetic drive device to the corresponding positions of the wiring block. (wiring when alarm installation and debugging is completed)
Note: after the whole project is accepted and debugged, pull out the safety pin at the lower end of the solenoid valve

1.2 system installation
Cabinet extinguishing system installation location shall meet the following requirements:
